General questions about the Happy Earth website
Happy Earth honors the manufacturer specified warranty for all products we sell. If you believe that you have an issue covered by the manufacturer warranty, take your product back to the point of purchase along with your receipt. If you are not able to work with the original reseller for any reason, please contact us (email preferred – firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will do our best to help you out.
If you picked up your product direct from Happy Earth – email and we’ll take care of you.
Questions about ordering from the Happy Earth store
Happy Earth is a wholesaler – we don’t have a retail outlet. As a wholesaler, our goal is to support your local bike shops to help them serve you better. The best way to buy would be to buy from one of our stocking dealers. If they don’t have your product, they can usually order it from us for you.
If that does not work, for whatever reason – we are able to ship direct to you at no charge, however we don’t accept cards.
Our bank is HDFC Bank and if you choose “bank wire” as payment method when submitting your order, you will receive an email with our account details. You can then send us your payment via NEFT or IMPS or even just make a cash deposit into our account from any HDFC branch. If none of those work, you can send us a cheque and we will process your order when the payment is realized.
